Yanta will cover the delivery fee charged for the exchange.

A refund is possible, if the related items cannot be exchanged.


If any discomfort while wearing the contact lenses,

please stop  using  and provide the product LOT No. (printed on both the carton and individual packaging).

Yanta will analyze your experience and report to the manufacturer for further investigation.

If any prescription changes,

a return or exchange is possible within the 60 days after the delivery.

Please confirm that the carton remains UNOPENED, the packaging  has NO  DAMAGES.

all item returns or exchanges after 60 days require 14 to 30 working days to proceed.

Yanta will try to follow up on your case.
